If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to replace your purchase for free. We are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Pre-Order: 3-4 weeks for production and fulfilment
IF ITEM IS A PRE ORDER they are made to each order, meaning it can take up to 3-4 weeks for production and shipping . This is very helpful to small businesses and ensures everyone gets a chance. Also this helps us as a small business, as we don't overload on items that don't sell. We appreciate the patience and support! Manufacturers require all of the orders to be placed at once.
